About Stephanie :
Stephanie has over 19 years’ legal experience and has been with Glaister Ennor for 16 of those years. She practices in commercial, business and corporate law with particular emphasis on commercial property and commercial leasing. Stephanie handles the affairs of some of the firm’s largest clients.
Stephanie acts for investors and developers with commercial property portfolios in the private and public sectors. She and her team advise on all aspects of commercial property related transactions, from preliminary negotiations, contractual issues including contractual disputes.
Stephanie also advises corporate governance, directors’ duties and shareholder issues. She also has expertise in company structuring and reorganisations, capital restructuring and refinancing.
