About Simon Kember:
Simon specialises in acquisition, development, leasing and subdivision all types of commercial and industrial property. He has expertise in cross leasing and unit title development, construction, joint ventures and design and build contracts.
Simon also has an extensive private property practice in which he provides specialist advice on trusts and asset structuring which is an important aspect of all property transactions.
Before Simon joined Glaister Ennor, he was a partner at the national firm of Bell Gully where he practised for over 20 years.
