About Malcolm :
Malcolm heads the Resource Management and Local Government Law team. He acts for and works extensively with a wide range of clients involved in resource use and managment including all aspects of their regulation by Central and Local Government. Our clients include commercial and residential land and property owners, developers, subdividers, primary sector producers and interests, local authorities and environmental interests.
Our team’s approach is to work propactively with our clients to efficiently and effectively achieve a resolution of the issues involved with ‘hands on’ personal service and pragmatism.
Transaction expertise
* Advising major developers on all aspects of resource management and local government law.
* Acting on land zoning proposals and changes to district and regional planning documents.
* Representing clients before Councils and on appeal to the Courts, and advice and representation on Local Government and Building Act issues.
* Malcolm speaks regularly at conferences on the subjects of resource management, building and local government law and at Glaister Ennor’s own seminar programme for clients and consultants.
