Joel Fotu offers expert advice on all land transfer matters to clients and other members of the legal profession.
Joel has over 30 years’ experience working with LINZ, the last 7 as a senior legal advisor. He has a high level of experience in all aspects of land transfer practice and especially complicated matters such as accretion, adverse possession, reclamation and the application to bring land from the Deeds to the Land Transfer system.
Joel is also experienced in edealing and all forms of documentation and applications in relation to the Land Transfer Act, Public Works Act, Unit Titles Act and related statutes .
Glaister Ennor is an Accredited Crown Property Service Provider and Joel can carry out Crown Property work on behalf of LINZ. His experience with LINZ gives him a full understanding of LINZ requirements for the acquisition, management or disposal of Crown property. Joel has a good understanding of the statutes to be complied with, including the Public Works Act 1981 and the New Zealand Railways Corporation Restructuring Act Act 1990.
