James joined Glaister Ennor in early 2009 with a focus on commercial property and securities law. James has particular expertise in commercial property acquisition, development and syndication working closely with two of the country's leading commercial property syndicators. James' commercial property experience ranges from the acquisition of premium Auckland Office towers (having recently completed the purchase of New Zealand's largest single commercial office transaction) to the sale and purchase of small to medium commercial holdings.
James takes a key role in Glaister Ennor's securities team with a focus on commercial property offerings by way of registered prospectus or through utilisation of the Securities Act (Real Property Proportionate Ownership Schemes) Exemption Notice 2002. |
