Gaynor has extensive experience in commercial and property related transactions. She undertakes a wide range of transactions; from residential conveyancing to commercial acquisitions and dispositions; from negotiations and due diligence to settlement. Throughout all her work , Gaynor provides strategic and timely advice to clients.
Her expertise extends to business and share sale and purchases, establishing shareholder agreements, trusts and general company and commercial law. This includes advice on commercial contracts and leasing arrangements.
Gaynor also acts for financial institutions providing guidance on securities, regulatory and compliance matters under the Property Law Act, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act and the Personal Property Securities Act.
She has also acted for Auckland Council in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and providing advice on a wide range of property and land law matters.
Gaynor is a partner who does not share liabilities of the partnership.
